Click Order History to track your orders.

Here you can see the status of all your orders and view their details.

For Freedom-of-Choice gift cards, you can cancel the order within 14 days, as long as it hasn’t been redeemed.

You can track reward status in real time:

• Processing – The system is creating the reward and delivering it
• Delivered – Email was successfully sent
• Opened – Recipient has viewed their reward
• Clicked – Recipient has started to use the reward
• Bounced – Recipient did not receive the email (notification sent)
