If the order hasn’t been redeemed yet and it is within 14 days after it was sent, you can cancel or revoke the order directly in the platform.

Steps:

1. Go to Order History.
2. Use the search function to find your order or recipient.
3. Click the red Recall button.
   
   

If the Recall button does not appear, the order can no longer be cancelled.
