You have two options to add funds:
Credit/Debit Card
- Instant and convenient
- A 3% banking fee applies
Bank Transfer
- No banking fees
- Processing time depends on your bank and can take up to 3 business days
To add funds using bank transfer:
- Complete the bank transfer form provided.
- Choose the amount you want to add.
- Add the payment reference provided.
- Click Accept to complete the request.
You will receive an invoice by email. Complete the bank transfer using the details provided.
Your balance will update automatically once the payment is processed.
